Styx has been a successful mens designer clothing store in Manchester since 1990. The store was refurbished and re-branded in 2007. People from all round the North West travel to the store, to find something a bit different to the high street. Some of the top designer brands currently stocked in our store: Two Stoned, Villain, Ringspun, Humor, Cruyff,Marshall Artist, Junk de Luxe, Bambooa, Converse, Nike, Cipo & Baxx, Beck and Hersey, Two Angle, Egan and many more. Apart from stocking many of the leading mens designer clothing and footwear brands, we employ a fashion buyer who travels the globe in search of new, up and coming labels. These brands cannot be found in the multiples and don't want to be found there. Styx enjoys a whole host of Celebrities among it's customers, including Premiership footballers and one of the country's most successful boxing stars. We realised that not everyone can come into our store in Manchester, so we set up this website so that everyone can shop online for mens designer clothing and footwear @ Styx, wherever they're at.
We aim to give the best customer service on the Net, and we don't just mean our speedy delivery service. Our phone number is visible all over the site and we will help you with any enquiry regarding our products, whether it's about sizes, materials, or if you just want advice on what we think of an item. If there is any item not in your size, that you would like to order, call us or email, as we may be getting more stock in, or we could order it especially for you.
The Website will be updated every week with a host of new products, so make sure you sign up, so you're first in the know. Exciting new mens designer clothing brands in store for this Spring include Junk de Luxe, Villain and Marshall Artist. Ongoing brands which have proved very popular such as Two Stoned, Humor and Ringspun, together with Cruyff and Creative Recreation footwear mean that one stop to shop at Styx can be very worthwhile.
To order simply choose the items in the colour and size you require, add to your shopping basket and when your order is complete head to check out where your personal details will be requested. Prior to your acceptance of the order you will be able to see your invoice showing sterling prices inclusive of VAT, along with post and packaging charges for UK delivery. If you agree to your order being processed please press the confirm key.
You will receive confirmation of your order via e-mail. This confirmation will show a unique number specific to your order.
Our stock systems are updated each evening and should show existing stock levels. Please note that we reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if the item ordered is out of stock or if the item has been withdrawn from sale due to quality control reasons.
Upon receipt of your order, provided the goods are in stock, they will be despatched within 24 hours. We aim to despatch all orders that are completed before 2.00pm, the same day. This applies Monday to Friday, orders placed after 2.00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. All orders placed over weekends and on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
We accept payment with the following debit/credit cards Amex, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB and these will be processed through HSBC's encrypted secure on-line payment gateway ePDQ.
Goods will be despatched by Styxonline using Royal Mail. This carrier will deliver to the address to which the credit card is registered and they will require a signature for the goods. If there is no one home when Royal Mail try to deliver, the driver will put a card through your letterbox and you will be asked to collect the item from your local Royal Mail Office with proof of identity. The details of your local Royal Mail depot will appear on the card put through your door.
We now post to 32 countries worldwide. If ordering in the UK, we offer a 1-2day delivery service, and all orders before 2pm are dispatched the same day. We can also offer next day delivery, plase contact customer services direct for details. If you wish to view the status of your order you can do so using the appropriate toolbar at www.styxonline.co.uk. If a consignment number has been issued it means that the goods have been despatched from our warehouse and are en-route to you. If you wish to track your goods from this point you can do so via www.royalmail.co.uk just enter the consignment number which appears on the styxonline.co.uk site. If your goods have not arrived within the 1-2 day window please contact us via e-mail and we will investigate. Please ensure that your delivery corresponds with the invoice and advise of any discrepancy upon receipt of the goods at sales@styxonline.co.uk
We are currently offering FREE UK delivery on orders over £50. Any returns must be sent back to us, within 7 days, unworn, with labels attached and in original packaging, using Recorded Delivery. (See Cancellation/Return orders).
Note: We strongly advise all customers to thoroughly check merchandise upon delivery prior to the removal and disposal of packaging and tags. Please be aware that shoes must be returned in their original box. Failure to comply with the above instruction will result in the goods not being accepted. In the unlikely event that an item is delivered without tags please notify us by return of e-mail.
Faulty Goods
Please note that the above does not affect your statutory rights should the item prove to be of faulty manufacture. In such an instance please contact Customer Services via sales@styxonline.co.uk and we will investigate as expediently as possible.

The product I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund the difference?
Unfortunately we can't reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.
Can I pay by any method other than debit/credit card?
If you choose to visit one of our stores there are other payment options available but we only accept debit/credit cards over the internet. (See Ordering & Payment on the site for details of the cards accepted).
When will I be charged?
When you submit your order we contact your card issuer automatically for authorisation to take payment from your account.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.
I am unable to be at home for delivery of my order?
The carrier will leave a card through your door informing you of attempted delivery. This card will give instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
Can I cancel my order?
Under the UK Distance selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please note that if you accept delivery of an order which you wish to cancel you will require a return authorisation number (RAN) and this must be requested no later than 7 days following the day after the date of receipt. The goods must then be returned no later than 7 days after the RAN is supplied. Failure to follow these time constraints will affect your right to a full refund and could result in styxonline refusing to accept the return of the goods.
How long will a refund take?
Please note that refunds will be carried out as soon as possible upon return of the goods provided that they pass quality control. Please note that it can take anywhere from 5-10 working days for your card company to show a credit on your account. This time frame is outside our control and is dictated by your card issuer. Please note that you will only receive a credit to the card which made the original purchase.
I have not received all my goods what do I do?
It may be that the parcel was damaged in transit alternatively it could be an error on our part as picking mistakes can happen. Please alert us by e-mail at sales@styxonline.co.uk and we will investigate further.
You have not refunded the delivery charge?
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. The only exception would be if you have received an incorrectly delivered item.
I have been refunded the incorrect amount what do I do?
If you feel the sum credited is incorrect do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail sales@styxonline.co.uk. Please note that if discount was applied to your original order it will be applied pro-rata to the returned item/items. Carriage is not refundable.
